Why I’m uniquely positioned for this work
My background combines strategic business building, organizational thinking, and deep work around the behavioral and subconscious patterns that shape how founders lead, decide, and operate.
Before doing this work independently, I built and led across complex business environments, including global and regional functions, scale-stage operations, and build-from-scratch settings where leadership, execution, and infrastructure all had to evolve together.
