These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.alchemis.me, including its pages, articles, videos, audio, downloads and other publicly available content (collectively, the “Website”).

The Website is operated by ALCHEMIS.ME LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15080947, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“Alchemis,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

These Terms govern use of the Website only. Any paid service or product is governed by the service or product agreement presented when you purchase it. If a product or service agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to that purchase, the product or service agreement will take precedence.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Our cookie controls allow you to manage non-essential cookies.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if that is not possible, removed. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website and its original content, branding, design, text, graphics, videos, audio, downloads and other materials are owned by or licensed to Alchemis and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Any third-party names, marks or content remain the property of their respective owners. Rapid Transformational Therapy and RTT may be trademarks of their respective owner and are used to identify the relevant method.

If you send us an inquiry, feedback, or other communication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, or infringing.

Sending us information does not authorize us to publish identifiable personal information. We will use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may access and use the Website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

Informational and Educational Purpose

The Website provides general information about personal development, coaching, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (“RTT”), hypnotherapy, somatic practices, entrepreneurship, leadership and related subjects.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not individualized advice and is not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice or other regulated professional services.

You should not use Website content to diagnose yourself or another person, change medication or treatment, delay professional care, or respond to an emergency. If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in your current location.

No Professional Relationship Through Website Use

Accessing the Website, reading its content, submitting a general inquiry, or attending a discovery call does not by itself create a client, practitioner, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Alchemis.

A paid service relationship begins only when Alchemis accepts you for the relevant service, you complete any required eligibility steps, and the applicable agreement and payment arrangements have been completed.

No Guarantee of Results

Personal development and business outcomes vary between individuals and depend on many factors outside our control. Testimonials, examples, case studies and descriptions of possible outcomes illustrate individual experiences only. They are not promises, guarantees or representations that you will achieve the same or any particular result.

Testimonials and Client Stories

We publish identifiable testimonials, recordings or client stories only with the person’s separate permission. Consent to receive a service does not constitute consent to be featured in marketing.

Where information is described as anonymous, we take reasonable steps to remove identifying details. Information is not treated as anonymous if a person can reasonably be identified from it.

Website Availability and Accuracy

We use reasonable care when maintaining the Website, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw Website content or functionality.

These Website liability provisions do not replace or reduce any rights or obligations stated in an applicable paid product or service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or region that these Terms cannot remove.

Before starting court proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter in good faith. The parties may agree to mediation, but neither party is required to give up a legal right or remedy unless they expressly agree to do so.

The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim in another competent court.

Intended for Adults

The Website and Alchemis services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly offer services to, or collect personal information from, minors.
